Hi, I’m Shawn.
I created Think Outside the Lines for anyone ready to stop checking boxes, step off autopilot, and live more intentionally.
You might be highly capable and successful on paper—checking the boxes and doing what's expected. And yet, you still feel somehow disconnected from the life you're actually living.
After spending over a decade navigating high-pressure startups and senior leadership roles at Apple, Activision, and Microsoft, I know firsthand what it feels like. I understood ambition and performance, but I also learned what it feels like to move fast without moving forward.
I stepped away from that world to build something more aligned. I did it not because I knew exactly what was next, but because I could no longer ignore the disconnect.
Think Outside the Lines is an invitation to step off autopilot. It’s a space to close the gap between external success and internal alignment—moving from performance to presence, and from a life that just looks good to one that actually feels true.
Through my 1:1 coaching and podcast, my approach is calm, reflective, and fiercely anti-performative. I don't believe you need fixing. I believe you just need the space to hear yourself.
